| The problem is you have to look at it two ways. One, plasma blood and whole blood. The two can vary and it depends on how old the chart is.
Here is the formula though....
HbA1c = (Plasma Blood Glucose + 77.3) / 35.6
Since most meters use Plasma now days....a 6.0% A1C is equal to about 136.3 mg/dl. In whole blood that is 121.7 mg/dl.
