I see my CDE/nurse practitioner every 3 months. I see my primary care physician twice a year but if I can get my prescriptions coordinated, I'd like to see her only once. I'm supposed to go for a phsyical in April and if I can get new scripts for a full year's worth of my asthma meds I won't need to see her again until April 2008. My CDE writes scripts for all of my diabetes stuff.

I also need to make an appointment for an eye exam.
