Define "Exercise'

Ok y'all,

What is your definition of 'exercise'?

I want to see what thoughts an opinions you have on this topic. Then, I will look for and offer information addressing some of them. I may even delve into my own verbose and fertile experience and imagination. Who knows, I may even assist some of you in 'laying bare the id' of exercise and your views of it!!!
