Glad to hear that!- Lgvincent I cant believe you were not allowed to be on the team because you had diabetes! I've had diabetes for the past 13 years during which I swam at national level, training for up to 20 hours per week, which is also with the right sort of planning a good way to get of with eating the odd banana split. In realtion to the last post, the main danger I always used to find was having hypos over night (up to 15 hours after the exercise.) If this is the case with Eri, best thing is a bit extra to eat before bed on the nights she has been exercising.
