| T2, use the treadmill 3 times wk when weather is not good and do about 30 min. It has different programs so will do those. Use weights 2 times week, do yoga stretches daily....this was my normal routing before diagnosis.
take 750mg metformin ER (long lasting), fish oil, aspirin, multivitamin, chrominum picolate, biotin, garlic, and now added to my collection Pravastatin since cholesterol is now borderline...The vitamins and minerals was doing before..... |
