And that's why I hate Quick-Sets! I've had all of the same problems. I've even had some where the cannula didn't even get under my skin - no idea how that's even possible, but when I pulled it off (after sky high BGs) the cannula was laying flat on top of my skin, stuck to the adhesive pad.
