Am I having a diabetic reaction?

Hi, I'm new to the forums due to wanting to ask a question. I'm googling, but can't seem to find an answer, so I figured I'd ask here...

First of all, I'm currently 28 years old, 5'9, 165 lbs. I exercise regularly. I take Muay Thai 2 - 3 times a week and weight lift 2 - 3 times a week. Ever since Christmas, however, I've been a bit slack due to my own laziness and also work related issues... However, at a minimum I've taken Muay Thai 1 time a week and weight lifted 1 time a week. So, in other words, at a minimum I'm exercising twice a week... However, typically it's about 4 - 5 times a week.

My diet is usually relatively healthy... except for lately. Again, every since Christmas. I usually take off 2 weeks around Christmas and just enjoy the bad foods and no exercise and then get back into things in January. This has worked for me every time except this time! I've been slacking... I've been eating a lot of junk food lately. Well, not "A lot", but more so than usual. I typically have something a little sweet after lunch or dinner which may be a small bag of skittles or maybe a little ice cream.

Yesterday, I had a turkey sandwich (sub sandwich) that I made. It had white american boars head cheese, spicy mustard, pickles and turkey. It was on white bread. I also had some chips and dip with it, a bottle of water and afterwards I had two large shortbread cookies with some chocolate on the top. Mmmm....

Well, anyway, After I let the food settle a bit, I went out to wash my car. I noticed that my entire body felt weird, I was light headed and shaky. I felt kind of anxious, nervous and generally cloudy minded. It started to get pretty bad and I thought that maybe my blood sugar was low (even though I had those cookies, chips and bread about 45 minutes ago) so I went inside, sat down and ate a little something that had about 4 grams of sugar in it. Had some water, and about 5 minutes later, went out and finished my car.

The rest of they day I felt weird. Shaky, anxious, etc... but it wasn't as bad as it was earlier. Today, I still feel a bit shaky, anxious, cloudy headed... Today I had a tuna sandwich with swiss cheese and pickles (i love pickles!) on wheat bread with some chips on the side and a glass of water. I had a protein bar at 9 AM this morning.

I have experienced what I think was low blood sugar throughout my life... When I was younger, I would get these symptoms and craved some sugar and would have a candy bar or something and everything would even itself out and I'd go along my day. However, since this lasted all day yesterday and into today, I'm starting to wonder what's up.

About a 2 years ago, I had my doc test to see if I was hypoglycemic and the test came back negative. We were trying to figure out why I had heart palpitations (which I do, occasionally) and we also tested my thyroid which came back normal. I mean, I consider myself to be in great health... My cholesterol is 150, blood pressure is great, I can make it through an entire Muay Thai class (sometimes 2) without fainting and/or puking! haha! So, I'm not sure what it could be besides the reduced exercise and more than usual sweets?

Sorry this is such a long post, but does anyone have any clues? Any input is much, much appreciated.
