Muay Thai is great exercise. I used to spar with a Muay Thai boxer. His shins and arms were like steel. I practice Jeet-kun-do (black belt in Shoa-lin Kempo, ranks in other martial arts as well) and enter MMA matches 2 times a year. Always glad to see other Martial Artisits. Welcome.
