Hey there...

It's interesting what you brought up in your post. Personally speaking, I dealt with some eating issues (among other things) before being dx'ed. I can't say that it definitely caused my Diabetes, but I can't rule it out either . I guess it's possible... the extra stress it put on my body probably didn't help matters.

It actually took me getting Diabetes to help break me from that mind set. You'd be amazed how this disease can put things in perspective. I realized health is so much more important than fitting into a smaller size. So, in a way, it was sort of good...

I sincerely hope you are not diagnosed with this. Honestly, it can be a truly horrible and frustrating disease. But if it does turns out to be true, know that you aren't alone in dealing with it. You did a good thing by joing this forum... you will find a lot of good info, advice, and support.

Good luck and keep us posted.

What you thought of me
Well I cleaned this slate
With the hands
Of uncertainty

So let mercy come
And wash away
What I’ve done

I’ve faced myself
To cross out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
