Thanks for the input guys... I'll see what I can do. My girlfriend, while not a doctor, thought it may have been that I didn't eat until 2 or 3 in the afternoon and then ate all of that carb rich food and it kind of shocked my system or something? Sounds reasonable, but not sure if that's possible or not...

Yes, Muay Thai is outstanding exercise. Also a great defense system. I love it. I try to get in there at least 3 times a week but always at least once a week. Unfortunately, we don't get to spar much because for some reason they keep bringing in these prissy women that don't want to break their nails or mess up their hair. So, we'll have a class where the instructor will say "Does everyone feel like sparring today?" and of course there will be like 4 giggly girls that say "No." which ruins it for the whole class. There is a "kickboxing" class that is right after the Muay Thai class that I don't understand why the instructor doesn't just suggest they join that class instead. However, the other day we did a decent bit of sparring while working in the clinch and such. Fun stuff. Will make you vomit if you're out of shape! haha
