Nada...I know what you feel. Two weeks ago I was sitting working at the computer here at work and BAM! My left arm was tingling, especially in my fingers. I freaked out thinking, well there it is, neuropathy in my hands already...but now it's all gone. Theory is that I pinched my Ulnar nerve. Avoiding pressure on my elbow helped.

This is probably the exact same thing that has happened to your foot (well, not with your Ulnar nerve of course) while running. Chin up O.K.?
