Emm,

The reason we don't have flash expo's and get lots of feebies here is that Pharmac negotiates directly with the drug companies on behalf of the whole country. Pharmac only funds what it considers to be best value products. Which is why there is virtually no drug company marketing activity in New Zealand. So we have to choose between only two BG meters, for example. And we don't get freebies ...
