| sorry you are feeling down about this... I would suggest finding a different type of exercise that doesn't put stress or pressure on you joints... Swimming, or some other type of non-impact exercise might be better suited for you. You may even want to look into finding a personal trainer. He or she could probably assist you with exercises that will work for you.
