| Dr. Bernstein Audio Cd's
Recently a member I look up to here leant me the Audio CD's of Dr. Bernstien.
I have listened to 3 of the 5 audio CD's (there are 6 but the sixth is cool computer stuff) and for now all I can say is this(there will be more to come after I listen to them all and read the book):
While you might not agree with everything he has to say, I certainly don't, you would be somewhat of a fool to not listen to this man. His years with diabetes and medical training makes him a master of his diabetes and I have learned a great deal by listening to what he has to say. He has planted many seeds in my head about some aspects of diabetes that I haven't thought of. For me, I will not be using his diet, but I will explain that in threads to come, and I honestly don't want to debate anything more than him being diabetic master in this thread. |
