the CDs are an excellent souce of information,whether you follow his WOE or not.Yes,they are expensive and for those of us in the UK,even more so as we were slapped with a custom's tax when we received them.

However,they were worth every penny as you can't put a price on health and my health has improved ten fold by listening and following what Dr Bernstein suggests.

He is holding another Teleconferance on the 27th of february if anyone's interested in asking him a question.
