| I know many small women who have normal deliveries. Specifically, my sister in law is 5 ft tall, about 100 lbs...her husband is over 6 ft tall, big built. They have 2 children, both normal vaginal deliveries, the first baby was just over 8 lbs, the second over 7 lbs.
