You mean the BD pen needles? Yeah, I used to get the short ones and those were ok. Then the pharmacy gave me long ones. OMG. Those are nothing short of scary. And totally inappropriate for me.

I have nothing against Lantus. Well, except my allergy to it. But it worked really well when I wasn't allergic to it.

I hate the pen. It's super long and ridiculous looking. It's so ugly, I hate it. And the plunger at the top was hard for me to push down. I couldn't do it with one hand. And I really had to push hard to get the plunger down, causing the needle to wiggle around in me. Ow.

I much prefer the flexpens. Or syringes. Or best, my pump.
