It is long and odd looking. It took me forever to be able to push down the plunger with other fingers besides my thumb. I can relate to that, but now I can get it down no problem with either thumb or rither pointer fineer with no wiggling. Despite the pen being ugly it's a lot more easily portable and discreet than syringes.
