I designed one that said something like
Each day, diabetes borrows my (insert D person) finger.
One day, I wanna give diabetes the finger!

and theres the clean version-
Each day, diabetes sticks my (insert D person) finger.
One day, I wanna tell diebets to stick it!

or something like that.
