Thumbs down High Blood After Clear

Hey,

I woke up and my BS was 8.8 at 9:15am and had my usual dose of insulin (Humalog Mix25) but I forgot to roll the bottle to mix it properly so it was not quite the right mix I don't think.

I had a bowl of cornflakes with sweetner and semi skimmed milk with a cup of tea (My Usual)

I checked my blood at 11:20am and it was 16.5 so I took 5 units of clear and now I have check my blood again at 1:00pm (Before Lunch) and I am 18.3.

I have not eaten a thing since the clear insulin so now am confused, any ideas for the really odd high blood suagr?

Any ideas would be great, thanks!

P.S My times are UK based
