Salads (lettuce), lean meats, eggs (you already know about)most veggies. I know you said you weren't into veggies, but how about the ones you do like!!

I'll often snack on raw broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, baby carrots. (I think carrots have some carbs in them tho?) Cottage cheese isn't a NO carb food, but it is very low carb!
Fruits are not carbless!! Alot of them really work a number on our BGL's for alot of us (me included)!
One of my favorite meals is a grilled chicken salad. I buy those frozen boneless, skinless chicken brests, season one up with salt, pepper and garlic powder, fry it up on my flat iron skillet using only the non stick spray stuff, cut it up into chunks and add to my salad. I sometimes even boil an egg and slice it up and put it on there too and bacon bits if I have them (the REAL one's not those yukky fake ones! LOL)! YuM! The only carbs in there are in the salad dressing I put on it, which is Ranch for me. But it's not that many carbs, so all in all it's a very low carb, filling and delicious meal!
