my exercise mainly constitutes walking and i try to fit it into my daily routine,ie...i do a 4 mile walk with my dogs b4 bf and the same after tea (around 5pm)...as well as that,i walk at least a 1/2hr after bf and lunch to try and keep a handle on the pp rises.these walks are just school runs and shops which i'd do whether i had diabetes or not.Any rise from the liver after my morning walk is taken care of with the insulin and bf so this way of exercising suits me well.I also go swimming in the evening when i can.
