Wow! I had no idea I could quit being a mother and housewife because I have diabetes! RIGHT ON!!! WAHOO!!!

Seriously, no you don't have to give up your job, unless you are looking for an excuse to get out of a bad situation. I guess I'm lucky, all of the companies that I've been with were even so nice as to let me bring in my breastfeeding babies and nurse them...and when I pumped, they didn't shove me into a bathroom either.
