Sparrow is right. Just about anything you put in your face turns to sugar in your body. There are a very very few free foods, but they are not good for you. Bacon and eggs most certainly turn to sugar in your body when you eat them. Protein just does it slower and more evenly without the spikes you will find with high glycemic foods. Bacon and eggs are ok in moderation, but you will end up with arteries that need to be bypassed or have stents. I am thinking you should think about healthy foods as alternatives to things you can eat without raising your blood sugar as much. Food is fuel. Good food is high test fuel.
