if you're low carbing, it would take a bushel of cauliflower or brocoli for those carbs to hurt you. You need to have some carbs, just not the bad ones. Every dietician i've talked to says to limit the eggs (forget about bacon, that's a loaded gun) to 3-4 week due to the high cholestoerol. I don't even have high cholesterol either.

Nuts are very low in carbs, and high in fiber too.
