Lifescan does not make USB cables, however, you can get a serial to USB adapter if you only have USB available. When I used the UltraSmart, I used the PalmConnect to upload my meter. eBay: PalmOne PalmConnect USB Kit (item 300099126622 end time Apr-09-07 00:50:57 PDT)

All you do is plug your meter cable into the adapter and plug the adapter into the computer. The OneTouch software recognized the meter without me installing any additional software.

If you need the OneTouch serial cable as well, you can get it at Buy OneTouch Software v2.3.1 CD with 9-pin Cable Online at drugstore.com.
