So irritated with Minimed at the moment.

Okay, so today marks one week of pumping for me. Numbers have started to look better. I feel better. I am having a very irritating problem though. I recently bought a new computer. It is very nice, has everything I wanted to store photos and music, and do it very quickly. It helps when I am uploading photos to mail to my husband which is one of the only reasons we bought such a nice PC. Well today my uplink cord came for my BD monitor so that I could upload my numbers to carelink and make things a whole lot easier, so that I do not have to write everything down. That can be a huge pain in the a$$ sometimes. Well, I go to carelink, and hook up my meter, so that I can upload my numbers from the past week, and guess what. The darned site is not compatible with Vista. I don't understand. Not only do I have to keep IE on my PC only for the use of Carelink, because it will not run with Firefox, but now I have to wait a minimum of two months before I can even use IE to upload my data. I am at wits end. I have not had an easy first week with the pump anyway, and now to find out some of the little bells and whistles I was all excited about, I can't even use. GRRR. I am so ill right now.
