| I just took and cut up some packing material used to ship computers, and drilled the appropriate holes in it with a wood bit. Works great, holds 6 vials.
You don't really want to use the brittle styrofoam that they also use for coolers, some electronics is shipped in a foam that is more like a sponge - stiff but soft.
