As far as using whatever the software is that you need to use, try uninstalling it and reinstalling as an administrator (which is different in Vista than it was in XP)...meaning don't let the CD autoplay, browse what's on the CD, right click on the setup.exe (or whatever the .exe file is called for that software) and choose "Install as Administrator". Then when you try to run it, don't choose the shortcut to start the program, go find the program in whatever folder it's in and right click on that and "Run as Administrator". This might work.

However, it didn't for the Cozmo software, but I have had luck with other software I've installed.

Thanks a lot, I will def try those right now. I will let you know what happens.

(edit, the user agent switcher totally worked, now I have to try to download the software, lets see what I can do.)
