Jen,

It looks as if you (or the installer that opened that command window) weren't in the directory that "installer.bat" existed in. Try:
-opening a command prompt (click start, type "command" in the search box, and then press Control-Shift-Enter. This will open the command prompt as admin)
-in the command prompt window, type 'cd \InstData\VM' then hit enter.
-in the command prompt window, type 'setup.bat' then hit enter.
