| For straight exercise I use an Aerodyne. Two ways the lazy one 15 to 30 minutes at a moderate pace, or five minutes at a frantic pace. I like this equipment because it does both the legs and the upper body in tandem or seperately, resting one or the other.
Unfortunalely I don't seem to be very regular on it. Then again some days on the job I may make15 to 20 trips up and down three flights of stairs on the run and other days I maybe doing yard work.
Now it's not the only way I'm managing it, am taking avandia and watching diet. |
