Brian...your idea worked. I had to run earlier and couldn't wait for my computer to reboot. It worked though and my results are supposedly uploading now as I type this.

Shane...I had to install the .NET framework because the aplication hung. Also...it ONLY works in IE and not Firefox. In Firefox, which is the browser I use 99.9% of the time, it wouldn't work, and that was my first problem. I didn't know this was an IE only program them.

Cyborg...It has USB support. A USB port is a com port. On my computer it was Com 5 from the drop down menu. I had to try each option to find one that worked. SO there's no need for a converter or anything. Just have to find the right com port that the USB operates through.
