I plugged in the usb cable to the PC, then to the meter. Then I turned on the meter and then I started the software. I left the com port selection on Auto Select and attempted the download, but my meter was not found. When I went to select a com port, only COM1 was listed (my serial connection). Did I do something wrong?

I'll try again on a different computer and I'll also try with a different meter...
