Cyborg, not sure why you aren't seeing the COM port that your onetouch cable should present to the program.. are the drivers installed for the USB cable?

When mine plugs in it turns on and says "PC". I have older ones that doesn't do that. Last time I tried I couldn't get it to work. I'll try again and report back.
