I did try it again a few months later after taking a dose of apple cider vinegar and had 2 pieces...2 hrs later it was in the 120's...the vinegar is rough to stomach, but does work on post-meal levels...but I still had a higher fasting the next morning.

I do agree we all need to find out for ourselves what tolerance we have for each food. Pizza is rough on me, but it isn't on everyone. Diabetes is all about test, test, test.
