| Breathing is something I really don't think about...it just happens on it's own. I do think this is something you should mention to your doctor. It may be that you're not forgetting to breathe, but that you're not breathing deeply enough to fully fill your lungs...if you were truly forgetting to breathe, you'd probably pass out, then start breathing normally (provided you didn't fall, bust open your head and bleed to death)...My point is...it could be anything or nothing...none of us are qualified to answer...but you should talk with someone who can.
