MD1: How would you bolus for this meal?

Having just said on another thread that the French eat healthy small portions I'm about to ask abouta very unhealthy meal

On Sunday I'm taking part in a 10km run followed by a meal. Usually I take my own picnic with me but decided to join in this time.
Menu:
dry cured ham with melon (not too bad)
Confit de canard( duck preserved in duck fat very high in fat)
Aligot ( pureed mashed potato mixed with huge quantities of creme fraiche and cheese)
Green salad
patisserie (probably a fruit and confectioners custard tart)
Red wine a volonte
The meal might take 2 hours to eat and has a lot of fat, If I take enough at the start to try cover the carbs I think I might very well go hypo in the middle of it.(remember I'll have just run 10km)
Suggestions?
