| I lost 45 lbs. on it! Thought it was very flexible. Two of my favourite things are coffee and popcorn and I didn't have to give up either of them. It's a little time consuming at first because I wrote EVERYTHING down - to make myself accountable for everything that went into my mouth, but after a while it just became routine. Exercise was a huge part of it too though. We bought a treadmill and I worked out (hard) on it every single day - never missed. (660 calories a day I burned on the treadmill) It took me about 4 1/2 months to lose the weight but I'm not sure how long it would have taken if I hadn't been exercising so much.
