I have been on and off WW for years. It's not worked for me since I plateau at around 15# of loss.... Something switches in my head, more than the diet doesn't work. The major thing I didn't like was sticking around for the meetings after the weigh-ins. I also didn't like that my favorite coffee cost me 13 points a day...which is more than half the points I was allowed! LOL

It works for a lot of people though. Especially if you are one who likes to journal everything you do. That's another thing I hated. I don't journal. I rely on my meter uploads for journaling. I don't want to write down everything I eat and how many points they are... I was just a bad WW member! LOL
