I wouldnt even get that note from your doctor because your doctor might not give it to you, ever since my first tattoo all my doctors ive had havnt been so supportave seeing that were diabetics they kinda turn the cheek if you know what i mean. go and have it done somewhere else i know theres a place that will defenitly do it for you without any problems. then when you get it done at another shop of your choice, go back to that dumn shop that asked for the note from the doc. show 'em your new tattoo and tell them theyre not runnin a good business by turning you away because of diabetes, its not aids its a disease that can always be controlled and not kill unless you allow it to.
