Unhappy I really need help!!!

Can anyone please give me some advise on how to get my high's stable. Just got back from having a level 2 ultrasound for my pregnancy, the doctor who did the ultrasound said that my sugar's are way too high and need to be controlled because its a high risk of fetal death. OMG im so scared im really upset because im doing everything i can to control my sugars but when im pregnant the diabeties does what it wants.

please help me if u can.

Was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1986.

My basal rates:
12am-8am 1.8 units
8am-4pm 1.6 units
4pm-8pm 1.4 units

Bolus for the following:
Carb ratio is 1 unit for every 15 grams of carbs (allowed 100 grams of carbs per meal)

Blood sugar ratio is 1 unit for every 20 points of blood sugar (80-100=1 unit) and so on

Daily vitamins:
Calcium 2x -- Vitamin C 1x -- Vitamin E 2x -- Prenatal 1x
