Hi Staceyy...exercise was a struggle for me initially so I got a personal trainer so then I knew I would exercise. I would see her twice a week and then either swim laps or do water aerobics. I now attend a 'pump' class at the YWCA which is strength training and toning and I still have my trainer typically once a week. I really like that little bit of extra motivation she provides. I however continue to be the gym dork as it takes me a few tries to get the exercise right

. Seems my mind-body connection disconnects from time to time.
