| I take my dog for a really long walk every evening after supper...but I had to shorten it a bit over the last few weeks as the heat was too much for her. I also do an aerobic workout at least 3x a week for 30 minutes...working towards doing it 5x a week, and increasing it to an hour.
I think the important thing is finding what works for you, what you will like doing, and won't mind sticking with it. It took me a while to find what was right for me, but once I did I found sticking to it to be fairly easy.
