oooh, I'm all excited, dashed on here to share my news, and the flipping internet was down!!

It's back on now (obviously LOL)....I tested my blood 2 hours after lunch and it was 9.1 - a bit high, but I had some bread with it so knew it would be fairly high. Then I went for a walk - did 6 circuits of the row of houses, which amounted to 488 steps. Not a massive amount, but more than last time, and it was HOT out there.

I tested my bsl when I got back inside - this was about 25 minutes after the reading of 9.1.....and it was down to 6.7 I was so thrilled. This is all early days for me, if I can get such a big reduction in such a short time, it's only going to get better as I exercise more

yipppeeee.........now if only I could get rid of my housefull of kids (my 2 darlings have got friends over and it's h*ll LOL......my day will be perfect!!
