See a doctor. This is normal. The key is to nurture it and let it heal. The greatest 2 reasons for diabetic amputation, from what I know of it, is:

1) Not getting circulation to your feet and hands. Walk around, make sure your cardiovascular (this includes microvascular, especially in limbs) circulation is making complete loops.

2) Watch and don't ignore injury. If your toe's start turning a gross yellow and your feet are turning purple, you just might want to see a doctor. This reads so obvious, but you'd be surprised.
