So you're still eating the same number of calories as before? Have your BGs been good since the pump start?

Weight loss isn't uncommon with pumps, but that's generally because you can stop "feeding the insulin", so to speak. But it sounds like that's not the case with you. The stress could definitely be the big factor here.
