Crash after exercise

For the past few weeks after a run or jog I will just crash. I get back from exercise and just sit on the couch for like 20 minutes because I have no energy. What is going on with my bg at this time?

Pumping with Animas IR 1250 from December 18th, 2006-January 25th, 2007 (I don't like stinging boluses)
Pumping with Minimed 722 since January 25th, 2007
