I read today that young women with type 1 diabetes are 30 times more likely than other women their age to die of heart disease.
They had a study on 24,000 patients with Diabetes the youngest woman to suffer a heart attack was in her mid-20s.
They found that men younger than 45 with type 1 diabetes had a higher chance of dying from heart disease, while the risk was 30-times greater for young women.
