Ya.. I take Metformin twice a day now, and that is my experience. I usually ate one meal and two meals (if I was lucky) before the diagnose. So this is a huge change that I am eating three times a day....Since the diagnose on 9/11/07 I am eating three times.. wow.. that is a huge change in my life.
