For type 2's, pizza is no longer an entree. It's more of our side dish to the huge salad that is needed to go along side the one or two small peices of pizza.

Watch out for sizing issues. 1 piece @ your pizzaria could be 3 slices @ mine. It's trial and error, just like Chinese food. But, be smart...look @ nutritional values and serving sizes. Pizza is one of those foods that you don't get alot of bang for your buck, nutrition/serving size wise. It's junk, that's why it's so good.

Just know....low carb, IMO, is no way to eat pizza. I'd rather eat cardboard w/ cheese if it's not the real thing.

I had Pizzeria Regina, a Boston landmark, last week. Sooooo gooood. I had one piece (they're pretty big)....and a nice salad. It's more than enough food...if you take your time.
